just a little Monday afternoon stroll.
Jesse Bradford, from such classic films as Bring It On (Reed, 2000) and Swimfan (Polson, 2002), was spotted yesterday around 2:00pm. Sporting greasy, slicked back hair pulled into a short ponytail and rocking a pair of stella shades, Mr. Bradford strolled around the Grove with an attractive (unknown) dirty-blonde by his side. Although he appeared somewhat dirty, he was still looking good.

little lady...
... HUGE boobs. Amy Winehouse showed off her new assets this evening. Wow, why would she want breasts that are bigger then she is? They don't even seem to fit into her shirt. Not that Ms. Winehouse has ever been an extremely classy lady, but seriously, this does not do anything for her.

thirsty Thursday.
What's the best way to quench your thirst and get a little pick me up on a Thursday? Head to Starbucks of course. And that is exactly what Jonathan Knight from New Kids on the Block did today at about 5pm. Casually dressed in a pair of jeans and white t-shirt, Mr. Knight was spotted in line at the Starbucks in the Farmer's Market in LA.
And according to my source, he is lookin' good these days ;-)
That is all!

celeb sighting and more scary movie fun.
Happy Hump Day everyone! I just received news of a fun celebrity sighting. This morning at about 9:15 am Jane Adams (the pimp from HBO's Hung) was seen at the Whole Foods on Santa Monica and Fairfax. She was alone, casually dressed, and spotted enjoying breakfast from the salad bar. Too bad she didn't have her ho with her. Oh well, maybe next time.
Ok, and now for my horror movie pick #18 for which I chose... Halloween (Carpenter, 1978). This is the perfect movie to watch this month since it is almost October 31! And what is more fun to watch than a movie about a psychotic murder who escapes a mental institution and goes on a mindless killing rampage? Carpenter's horror-thriller has become a classic and we are all familiar with Michael Myers and his famous mask. The film has a 93% rating on Rotten Tomatoes, and has received rave reviews from numerous top critics. Rober Ebert said "Halloween is an absolutely merciless thriller, a movie so violent and scary that, yes, I would compare it to Psycho," and James Berardinelli of ReelViews stated, "Halloween remains untouched - a modern classic of the most horrific kind."
With its chilling music and terrifying antagonist this is certainly a film not to be missed.

wake up and smell the coffee.
Well, it's Friday, thank goodness. To get the weekend rolling, I thought I'd share a fun little celebrity sighting. My celebrity spy in LA spotted Brooke Burns this morning at about 7:45 am. Ms. Burns was walking Runyon Canyon accompanied by an unknown male companion and a nice, hot cup of Joe. In case you are unfamiliar with Brooke, she was on Baywatch and was briefly engaged to Bruce Willis back in '03.
Sounds like she is staying healthy and fit even if she no longer sports that sexy one piece
(well, at least not on television).

Just another Tuesday night for Hayden Panettiere
Hayden Panattiere knows how to spice up a Tuesday night. Yesterday, September 23 at approximately 7pm, Miss Panattiere was spotted at Rite Aid (on the corner of Sunset and Fairfax) to pick up a much needed beverage. The 20 year old, clad in a denim mini skirt and fringed boots, was seen with a female companion wandering around the store reading a tabloid magazine and then purchasing an unidentified bottle of clear liquor before leaving.

Keep it classy Hayden, keep it classy.

Toronto International Film Festival
As you may already know, the 34th annual TIFF (Toronto International Film Festival) is currently in progress. The festival runs from September 10th-19th and showcases the work of filmmakers from all over the world including many from the U.S. such as Matt Damon’s new movie The Informant! (Soderbergh, 2009), George Clooney’s The Men Who Stare at Goats (Heslov, 2009), Down For Life (Jacobs, 2009), Get Low (Schneider, 2009) which stars Bill Murray, Robert Duvall, and Sissy Spacek, The Invention of Lying (Gervais, 2009) with Ricky Gervais, Jason Bateman, Jennifer Garner, Jonah Hill, Tina Fey, and Rob Lowe, Jennifer’s Body (Kusama, 2009), The Joneses (Borte, 2009), and The Road (Hillcoat, 2009) based on Cormac McCarthy’s novel, starring Viggo Mortensen.
Also, I have a few celebrity sightings to report, thanks to my very own personal source (my buddy is visiting our neighbors to the North and is lucky to be attending several screenings).
September 10th:
- Mr. Adam Brody and Ms. Amanda Seyfried (accompanied by BF Dominic Cooper) both arrived in Toronto after traveling via Air Canada (the red eye flight out of LAX).
- Gregory Smith (of Everwood fame) attended the opening night party for TIFF.
September 11th:
- Kat Dennings (from Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist) arrived at the InterContinental Hotel.
- Peter Sarsgaard was walking strutting around the InterContinental Hotel.
- Sam Neill (star of Jurassic Park) was spotted enjoying a lovely breakfast at the Four Seasons Friday morning. Later on, he arrived at the midnight premiere screening of his new movie, Daybreakers (Spierig, 2009), along with costar Willem Defoe.
- Both Peter Sarsgaard and Ben Lyons (film critic and frequent correspondent for E!) were also at the InterContinental Hotel, seen getting ready for press.
September 12th:
- Saturday night Cillian Murphy (aka pretty eyes from 28 Days Later) arrived back in LA and was spotted at the international baggage claim at LAX.
Stay tuned for more juicy celeb sighting... I'm sure they'll get juicier as the weekend progresses :-)
